Jewelry construction

Where jewelry is described as “gold plated,” “white gold plated,” “silver plated,” or similar, this means that the item contains a base material with a surface plating unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

A gold-plated product should not be interpreted as being made from solid gold.

Similarly, products containing moissanite, cubic zirconia, rhinestones, or other stones are identified according to the information provided in the relevant product description.

We do not represent a product as containing a natural diamond, solid gold, or another particular precious material unless this is expressly stated in the applicable product description.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the full product description before purchasing.

4. Jewelry Care and Natural Wear

Jewelry may experience changes in appearance over time as a result of normal use, environmental exposure, individual skin chemistry, storage, or care.

In particular, plated jewelry may gradually experience:

Wear of plating

Tarnishing or discoloration

The rate at which this occurs varies depending on usage and care.

Excessive moisture

Normal wear associated with the nature of plated jewelry is not necessarily considered a manufacturing defect.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

Change product availability
Limit quantities
Modify product specifications where reasonably necessary
Remove products from sale

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability.

In rare circumstances, an item may become unavailable after an order has been submitted.

If we cannot fulfill an ordered item, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue an applicable refund.

6. Prices

Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency indicated at checkout.

If a customer returns only part of a discounted bundle or promotional offer, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the price that would have applied to the retained products without the bundle discount, where permitted by applicable law and as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
